| 750.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 100.00 | ml | Kahlua |
Preparation
1.Make a syrup from the coffee, water sugar, and kahlua.
2.Whisk up water Meadowland and powder together till almost stiff
3.Allow to set. Then mix in the coffee syrup and pip in to the choux paste.
4.And dust with cocoa powder
