| 2.00 | ml | Sugar |
| 2.00 | ml | Salt |
| 175.00 | g | Flour, white |
| 4.00 | pc | Eggs (class extra) |
| 2.50 | ml | Baking powder |
Preparation
1. Place water, butter, sugar and salt and bring to the boil.
2.Once boiling add all the flour mix for a 1min on the heat.
3.Remove from the heat allow too cool.
When almost cool place in a kitchen aid with the paddle attachment, Put on a 4.medium speed.
5.One by one add the eggs, Until the mixture is thick but Can run slowly and glossy.
6.Then add the Baking powder and mix in.
7.Place in a piping bag and pip small teaspoon size balls on a baking sheet
8.Bake at 180ºC for 20-30 min until golden brown
