Ginger and Goose Berry Pannacotta

| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Ginger 6 x 700g |
Preparation
1.Bring milk and Robertsons ground ginger to the boil. Remove from the heat.
2.Mix cream and Cart d`or Pannacotta mix in to the boiled milk.
3.Lightly grease moulds in oil. Pour mixture in moulds add 3 goose berries to each mould.
4.Allow to set in the refrigerator for 3 hours
