Chocolate Pannacotta

| 2,500.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 250.00 | ml | CARTE D'OR Chocolate Sauce 6 x 2L |
Preparation
1.Bring all the milk to the boil, remove from heat source and add the pannacotta powder.
2.Stir the mixture until the powder is completely dissolved.
3.Add the meadowland classique and the chocolate sauces and stir the mix well.
4.Fill serving containers with the mix- stir well in between pouring
5.Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours for the desserts to set
6. Top with chocolate sauce and flake to garnish if required
