60.00gCARTE D'OR Crème Brûlée 6x1kg 
500.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
100.00mlMilk, fresh
  Brown Sugar to caramelise

Preparation

1. Mix the creme brulee mix and milk in a bowl
2. Bring the Meadowland Classique to the boil. Add in the Brulee and Milk to the pot and bring to the boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for 6 minutes.
3. Pour into ramekins and place inthe fridge to set
4. Place brown sugar on top of set creme brulee and blowtorch the top till caramelised.
5. Serve immediately
