Preparation

1. Pour Carte D’ OR Multi Purpose Hot Pudding Mix, milk ,vinegar and coconut in an electric bowl and mix with the K
beater for 3 minutes.
2. Pour onto a greased baking dish and pour the mixture
inside the dish.
3. Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes. Cool and set aside.
4. Beat the Carte D’ OR Tiramisu, Meadowlands Classique
and yoghurt together for 3-4 minutes using a whisk
beater attachment.
5. Slice the hot pudding mini loaf into 3 thin slices. Moisten the slices with Carte D’OR Toffee Sauce, then pipe the Mousse filling onto the slice. Continue until there are 3 layers.
6. Garnish with mixed nuts.
7. Refrigerate to chill.
