200.00mlCARTE D’OR Wild Berry Sauce

300.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L Whipped to Stiff Peak 

Preparation

1.To prepare the filling: Mix together all the ingredients until well combined for 4 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes only.
2.To prepare the topping: toast the almonds and whip the meadowland classique and cut up the berries
3.To assemble: Place the Pavlova onto a serving platter and spoon the cheesecake filling on top followed by the fresh berries (RESERVE SOME BERRIES FOR GARNISH) and carte d or wild berry sauce, then the whipped meadowland and toasted almonds and lastly garnished with the reversed berries and some edible flowers.
4.Serve immediately.
