Deep-fried Bananas in Citrus Chilli Mayonnaise with Ice Cream and Chilli Chocolate Sauce

80.00mlHELLMANN'S Citrus Chilli Dressing 4 x 3kg
200.00mlCoconut cream
4.00pcEggs, large (class A)
16.00pcBananas
  Oil for deep frying
  SAUCE:
250.00mlCARTE D'OR Chocolate Sauce 6 x 2L 
  2 Chillies, deseeded & finely chopped

Preparation

1. Toss bananas in cornflour. Sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the centre and stir in the water, coconut cream, mayonnaise and eggs. Mix well and stir in the coconut. Dip bananas in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
2. Drain on kitchen paper.
3. Combine chocolate sauce and chilli and simmer over low heat.
4. Serve with a ball of ice cream and tip with chilli chocolate sauce.
