5.00mlBaking soda, bicarbonate
15.00mlGolden syrup
5.00mlOil, Sunflower
5.00mlROBERTSONS Ginger 6 x 700g 
5.00mlBaking powder

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 190˚ C and grease a pie dish.
2, Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric hand beater for five minutes.
3. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted.
4. Serve warm with fresh cream or custard.
