Spiced Apple Flapjack Stack with Caramelised Apple and Toffee Sauce

| 2.50 | ml | ROBERTSONS Mixed Spice 6 x 800g |
| 30.00 | ml | Lemon juice, fresh pressed |
| 2.00 | ml | Lemon zest |
| 45.00 | ml | Brown Sugar |
| 100.00 | g | Apples (Golden delicious) peeled, cored wedges |

Preparation
1. Make up flap jack mixture
2.Mix the canned apples, spices. Lemon zest and lemon juice together
3.Mix the apple mix with the batter
4.Prepare large flapjacks in a non stick pan, keep warm with baking paper in between
5.Fry the apple pieces in some Marvello full fat, add the sugar and allow to caramelize. 6.Carefully add the cream and stir to dissolve the sugar.
7.Serve the flapjack stack with caramelized apple, creamy sauce and drizzle with meadowland
8.Optional: serve with sweetened whipped cream
