70.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Margerine
5.00mlROBERTSONS Cinnamon 6 x 600g 
30.00mlSugar, Brown
  Phyllo Pastry Sheets 2
  Sugar, icing (confectioner's) For Dusting
  Custard

Preparation

Spread 1 sheet of phyllo pastry on a work surface and brush with Marvello Full Fat Margarine and sprinkle Brown sugar and Robertson’s Cinnamon.
Layer 2nd sheet of phyllo pastry
Place a row of grated apple, Christmas pudding, chocolate pieces and drizzle brandy.
Roll up and tuck sides inside and brush with Marvello Full Fat Margarine
Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes
Dust with icing sugar and serve with Custard.
