Caprese Baguette with Basil Mayonaise

20.00gCheese, Parmesan grated
10.00gBasil, fresh ,chopped
30.00mlKNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L
  Baguette x1
30.00gCheese, Mozarella
3.00pcTomatoes ,sliced
  Basil Leaves

Preparation

1. Mix mayonaise, parmesan, chopped basil and lemon juice and mix well
2.Adjust seasoning
3. Refridgerate if needed
4. Slice open the baguette, spread basil mayo on the bottom half instead of butter
5. Place basil leaves, mozarella cheese and tomato in layers
6. Drizzle with extra basil mayo as required
7. Place the top half of baguette back on top
8. Slice on a diagonal and serve with seasonal salad or chips
