We use about 6% of the world’s industrially processed tomatoes, for our Knorr, Bertolli and Ragú sauces. And we work with growers all over the world to promote sustainable farming – by focusing on improving the quality of the soil, wasting less water and using fewer fertilisers and pesticides.
We’re also developing new tomato varieties that suit the local environment better, and supplying the seeds directly to the farmers.
