Carte D'Or Custard powder 2.5kg (5 x 500g pouches)
1. Blend together custard powder and a little of the milk. 2. Bring the rest of the milk and sugar to the boil. 3. Add custard mixture to the milk and return to the heat. 4. Bring back to the boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring well. 5. Serve hot or cold.
2.5kg of powder makes 55 litres of custard.
