200 g CARTE D'OR Panna Cotta Mix 500 ml Milk* 500 ml Cold, Fresh Cream/Dairy Cream Alternative 1. Bring milk* to the boil. 2. Take off the boil, add CARTE D'OR Panna Cotta mix. Whisk until completely dissolved 3. Add cream/dairy cream alternative and whisk. 4. Pour into moulds and place in the refrigerator for minimum of 3 hours to set. Demould, garnish and serve. *Pasteurised full cream milk, UHT or low fat milk. If you are infusing with a liquid e.g. alcohol, then reduce liquid amount from either milk or cream.
