Directions for 1 L of sauce: • Use 100 g (2 scoops) of sauce powder, 500 ml cold water and 500 ml of cold milk. • Make a slurry by blending the sauce powder with some (200 ml) of the milk (whisk until powder is fully dissolved). Bring the remaining milk and water to the boil and add slurry while whisking continuously. Bring sauce to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes, whisking continuously.

Store in a cool, dry place
For a creamier tasting sauce, replace the 500 ml cold water with an extra 500 ml of cold milk (total cold milk used is 1 L).
