Method:

  • CARTE D'OR Passion Fruit Sauce 100.0 g
  • Pineapple (crushed, tinned) 30.0 g
  • Mango (tinned) 30.0 g
  • Coconut ice cream 200.0 ml
  • Coconut milk 100.0 ml
  • CARTE D'OR Banana Flavoured Milkshake Syrup 30.0 ml
  1. Method:

    • Blend CARTE D'OR Passion Fruit Sauce, pineapple and mango to a smooth purée.
    • Mix coconut ice cream, coconut milk and CARTE D'OR Banana Flavoured Milkshake Syrup. Add in passion fruit purée, mix and pour into glass.
  2. Garnish:

    • Garnish with coconut, whipped cream, pineapple wedge and a mint leaf.
