  • 1 kg Chicken breast fillets (cut into cubes)
  • Garlic and ginger mix (crushed) 15.0 g
  • Robertsons Rajah Butter Chicken 40.0 g
  • 350 ml Low-fat yoghurt (plain)
  • 50 g Oil
  • Onion (finely chopped) 300.0 g
  • Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty 20.0 g
  • Cream 500.0 ml
  • Coriander (finely chopped) 15.0 g
  • Butter 50.0 g
  1. Method:

    • Mix together the chicken, crushed garlic and ginger, Robertsons Rajah Butter Chicken Mix and yoghurt and allow to stand for 15 minutes (covered and refrigerated).
    • Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions until slightly browned. Add the chicken mix and remaining ingredients (except coriander and butter) and allow to simmer on a low to medium heat with the lid on. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lastly stir in the coriander and butter. Once melted, remove from the heat, pour into a half-size insert.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    For a creamier colour, add more cream.
