Balsamic Mayonnaise:

Burger

  • 10 Ground Beef Patties
  • 10 sliced Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Balsamic Mayonnaise (prepared)
  • 10 Square ciabatta rolls (split and toasted)
  • 300ml Basil chiffonade
  • 20 Tomatoes (roasted and sliced)
  1. Balsamic Mayonnaise:

    • Combine all the ingredients and chill.
  2. Burger

    • Cook the patties to desired doneness and melt the cheese on top.
    • Spread the balsamic mayonnaise on the rolls .
    • Build the burger.
