Method:

  • Chicken drumettes 550 g
  • Knorr Mozambican Peri-Peri Marinade & Basting

  • Oil 10 ml
  • Calamari tubes 330 g
  • Fresh garlic (finely chopped) 5 g

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Preheat the oven to 180˚C. In a bowl, mix the drumettes with the Knorr Mozambican Peri-Peri Marinade & Basting and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
    • Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes until cooked.
    • In a frying pan, melt together the butter and oil.
    • Pan fry the calamari with the garlic and the Knorr Lemon & Herb Marinade & Basting.
    • Serve with chips and lemon wedge.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley.
