  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C. In a bowl, mix the drumettes with the Knorr Professional Mozambican Peri-Peri Marinade & Basting and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning (5 g). Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
    • Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes until cooked.
    • In a frying pan, melt together the butter and oil.
    • Pan fry the calamari with the garlic, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning (5 g) and the Knorr Professional Lemon and Herb Marinade & Basting.
    • Serve with chips and lemon wedge.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley.
