Calamari tubes 330 g
Fresh garlic (finely chopped) 5 g

- Preheat the oven to 180˚C. In a bowl, mix the drumettes with the Knorr Mozambican Peri-Peri Marinade & Basting and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes until cooked.
- In a frying pan, melt together the butter and oil.
- Pan fry the calamari with the garlic and the Knorr Lemon & Herb Marinade & Basting.
- Serve with chips and lemon wedge.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
