Ingredients

The original:

  • Boiling water 100 ml
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice 100 g
  • 1 tea bag Lipton Camomile & Honey Flavour

The twist:

  • Passion Fruit Syrup 10 ml
  • Cinnamon stick 1 pc
  • 1 sprig of Mint (slightly bruised)

Your customised drink:

  • Sparkling water 60 ml
  • Bourbon whiskey 15 ml

Preparation

  1. The original:

    • Steep 1 pyramid tea bag for 4 to 5 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water (100 °C).
    • Add 100 g ice cubes or crushed ice.
  2. The twist:

    • Add Passion Fruit Syrup (10 ml) once the tea has drawn.
    • Finish with a cinnamon stick and 1 sprig of mint (slightly bruised).
    • Leave the tea bag in the water.
  3. Your customised drink:

    • Add sparkling water (60 ml).
    • Add Bourbon whiskey (15ml) for an alcoholic drink.
  4. Alternatively:

    • Instead of Passion Fruit Syrup you can use ordinary sugar together with a slightly squeezed slice of lemon, or mix ordinary syrup with lemon juice.
