Ingredients

The original:

  • Boiling water 100 ml
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice 100 g
  • 1 tea bag Lipton Classic Earl Grey

The twist:

  • Passion Fruit Syrup 10 ml
  • 1 slice of Lemon
  • 1 Cherry tomato
  • 1 sprig of Mint (slightly bruised)

Your customised drink:

  • Tonic water 60 ml
  • Gin 15 ml

Preparation

  1. The original:

    • Steep 1 pyramid bag of tea for 2 to 3 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water (100 °C).
    • Add 100 g of ice cubes or crushed ice.
  2. The twist:

    • Add Passion Fruit Syrup (10 ml) once the tea has drawn
    • Add 1 cherry tomato,1 sprig of mint (slightly bruised) and 1 slice of lemon.
    • Leave the tea bag in the water.
  3. Your customised drink:

    • Add tonic water (60 ml).
    • Add gin (15 ml) for an alcoholic drink.
  4. Alternatively:

    • Instead of the Passion Fruit Syrup, you can add lemon juice, mixed with regular syrup. The result, however, will have less impact.
