Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Gently steep teabags in cream, while bringing to the boil.
    • Mix CARTE D'OR Crème Brûlée Mix with milk (100 ml) and pour into infused cream, simmer for 3 minutes. Pour into a bowl and chill until set.
    • Use the CARTE D'OR Banana Flavoured Milkshake Syrup, ice cream and milk (100 ml) to prepare 300 ml banana milkshake, following the on-pack directions.
    • Add 100 g of the crème brûlée to the prepared banana milkshake.
  2. Garnish:

    • Garnish with salted caramel popcorn.
