Lamb Rump:

  • 100 g Lamb rump


  • Cucumber (diced) 50.0 g
  • Mint (finely chopped) 10.0 g
  • Red chilli (finely chopped) 4.0 g
  • Lemon (zested) 1.0 pc
  • Half a lemon (juiced)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of white pepper

To complete wrap:

  • 1 Sundried tomato wrap
  • 60 g Cucumber (cut into strips)
  • Red cabbage (shredded) 30.0 g
  • 30 g Red onion (julienned)
  • Rocket leaves (fresh) 10.0 g
  1. Lamb Rump:

    • Season rump with Robertsons Barbecue Spice and grill. Set aside.
  2. Raita:

    • For the raita, mix all ingredients together.
  3. To complete wrap:

    • Spread the desired amount of raita on the base of the wrap, layer with cucumber strips, grilled lamb rump, red cabbage, red onion and rocket leaves.
  4. Chef's Note:

    Lamb rump can be substituted with chicken, beef strips or roasted veg.
