The promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
The promotional competition is open to all cooks and chefs working at hotels, canteens, deli’s, restaurants.
All participants must be South African residents in possession of a valid identity document,
The Competition is open to all professional cooks and chefs - excluding any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
Participants must be over the age of 18 years.
This promotion is open from 8 Jan – 9 Feb 2018 Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Participants must post a photograph of their favourite piece of body art (tattoo) on the Tats & Tails post on the UFS Facebook page along with a brief outline of the story behind the piece and what it means to them.
The UFS Facebook team (The Whalley Collective) will select 4 finalists every week of the competition. The finalists will be profiled in a weekly gallery post (19 Jan/ 26 Jan/ 2 Feb/ 9 Feb) for friends and family to vote on.
Weekly winners will be selected on the following dates (Thursday 25 Jan /Thursday 1 Feb/ Thursday/ 8 Feb/ Thurs 15 Feb) and notified via Direct message and Facebook post in order to claim their prize.
Weekly winners will receive a knife block set valued at R900 (value determined by Unilever Food Solutions).
The four weekly winners will then go into the Grand Prize draw on Friday 16 Feb for a voucher valued at R4000 from a tattoo prlour of their choice. Grand prize winner will be announced via a Facebook post and Direct message.
Grand Prize winner will be selected by means of a random draw by independnt auditors
All winners will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize, and provide a copy of their identity document.
The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferrable.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotion or competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the gifts, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute gifts of equal value.
Participation in the promotion or competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional rules and participants agree to abide by these rules.
