An elevated side dish, these Grilled Sweet Potatoes are seasoned to perfection for an extra zing and finished with a sweet and savoury honey and soy sauce to add an irresistible flair to your dish.

  1. Method

    1. Scrub sweet potatoes thoroughly under cold running water. Cut each potato lengthwise into wedges. Place wedges in a bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of oil. 
    2. Combine remaining olive oil, Robertsons Smoked Paprika, Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning, ginger and chilli flakes in a separate small bowl. 
    3. Prepare a charcoal grill/gas grill/griddle pan. 
    4. Place wedges on the grill perpendicular to the grates. Grill over low heat, turning occasionally, until potatoes are soft, about 16-18 min. Brush wedges with oil mixture on both sides and grill 1-2 min more. 
    5. Serve drizzled with Knorr Professional Honey & Soy Sauce.
