30.00mlROBERTSONS Black Peppercorns 6 x 800g (2 Tbsp) 
10.00mlROBERTSONS Nutmeg 6 x 800g (2 tsp)
10.00mlcloves 2 tsp whole cloves)
5.00mlROBERTSONS Ginger 6 x 700g 

Preparation

1. Grind the peppercorns and the cloves together in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
2. Remove to a bowl and add the nutmeg and ginger.
3. Mix thoroughly.

Used to season soups, stews and vegetables.
