| 10.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Nutmeg 6 x 800g (2 tsp) |
| 10.00 | ml | cloves 2 tsp whole cloves) |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Ginger 6 x 700g |
Preparation
1. Grind the peppercorns and the cloves together in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
2. Remove to a bowl and add the nutmeg and ginger.
3. Mix thoroughly.
Used to season soups, stews and vegetables.
