10.00mlROBERTSONS Exotic Thai 
5.00gROBERTSONS Peri-Peri Spice 6 x 700g 
5.00gChilli flakes
5.00gROBERTSONS Cayenne Pepper 6 x 800g 
10.00gROBERTSONS Paprika 6 x 700g 
  Robertson bay leaves 2 in no

Preparation

1.Chop up or crush up the two bay leaves in a pestle and mortar.
2.Add the remaining spices and mix together until well combined.

Chef tip: Dry fry the spices to allow essential oils of the spices to extract.

This blend can be added to a curry, used as a dry Rub or a good base to add Star anise, cumin, coriander, fennel etc.
