Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 170 deg cel.
2. Spray the baking tray with spray and cook.
3.Place margarine, syrup, sugar in a pot and melt on the stove.
4. Place flour, oats, coconut, sunflower seeds in a seperate bowl.
5. Add the bicarbonate of soda to the margarine and sugar and stir, it will become foamy. remove pot from stove.
6. Add flour, oats, etc to the pot and stir together.
7. Place mixture into greased baking tray and press gently with fingers until evenly spread.
8. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into portions.
