3.00gROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g 
12.50mlOil, Sunflower
62.50mlKNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L

13.00gFINE FOODS Vinegar Sachets 4 x 250 x 7g 
62.50mlKNORR Soya Sauce 6 x 2L 
2.00gROBERTSONS Ginger 6 x 700g 
5.00gROBERTSONS Lemon & Herb Seasoning 6 x 800g 

Preparation

1. Prheat oven to 180`c.
2. Remove wing tips and cut remaining wing piece in half.
3. Mix all the ingrediets together, add the chicken pieces and stir till coated.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
5. Drian the chicken pieces and reserve the marinade.
6. Place chicken pieces on a roasting rack on a oven tray. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting with the remaining marinade.
7. Serve hot.
