Tangy Tomato Dip with Sour Cream

450.00gKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg

30.00gKNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L
5.00gROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g 
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
65.00gMEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, garlic flakes and chopped chillies. Stir for 3 minutes or until the onion is tender.
2. Add the Knorr tomato pronto, chopped red peppers and Knorr lemon juice and bring to the boil.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in parsely and seasoning.
5. Spoon dip into a bowl and top with Meadowland sour creme.
