Vegetable Satay and Flame Grilled Giant Mushrooms

| 400.00 | ml | KNORR Lemon and Herb Marinade 6 x 1 kg (made up) |
| 50.00 | ml | Wine, dry white |
Preparation
1. Clean and slice the vegetables into 2cm rounds.
2. Place in a marinating dish, and cover with 300 ml of the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Mix the remaining marinade with the white wine and pour over the giant mushrooms.
4. Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
5.Skewer the vegetables onto the end of a kebab stick.
6. Place kebabs and mushrooms onto a hot rock grill or barbecue.
7. Grill vegetables until al dente (firm to the bite).
