Preparation

Thai Prawns in Crepe Basket:
1. Mix pancake batter with water, brandy & parsley.
Make pancakes, cut rounds out with pastry cutter and place in greased muffin tin, dry out in oven.
2. Coat prawns in exotic Thai seasoning & lemon & herb coating, pan fry in oil and assemble with fresh coriander, lime wedge and drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
