Gratinated Peri Peri Chicken Liver Natchos

1.00PackChicken Livers
250.00mlKNORR Peri-Peri Marinade 6 x 1 kg 
  1 pkt Natchos
100.00gCheese, Cheddar grated
  Gaucamole & Sour Cream to serve

Preparation

1.Marinade the livers in Peri Peri for ½ hour.
2.Saute livers in oil until fully cooked
Bring remaining marinade to boil

On plate: arrange Natchos on base of plate
Place Livers on top of Natchos, drizzle peri peri
Marinade over livers. Repeat this process again, then sprinkle cheese over and gratinate.

Serve with guacamole and sour cream
