Preparation
1. Halve the baby potatoes and boil until tender.
2. Combine potatoes, mayonnaise, cubed pineapple, pine nuts, sliced celery, chopped peppers, chopped red onion and chopped coriander.
3. Serve as a whole salad or portions.
