Warm potato salad

| 500.00 | g | smoked cheese sausage |
| 30 ml Olive Oil | ||
| 1.00 | pc | Red Onion - diced |
| 1.00 | pc | Garlic, cloves |
| 30.00 | ml | Parsley, fresh |
| 45.00 | ml | KNORR Worcester Sauce 6 x 2L |
| 500.00 | ml | HELLMANN'S Tangy Reduced Oil Mayonnaise 20kg |
Preparation
1. Boil potatoes in salt water till tender but firm.
2. Slice sausage into bite-size pieces. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté sausages for 2minutes. Remove from pan and add red onion & garlic. Saute till soft.
3. Sprinkle with Worcester sauce. Pour warm onions and sausage over Potatoes. Lastly stir in Hellmans Mayo
4. Garnish with parsley and dried bacon slices
