Thai Marinated Baby Squid Salad

| 30.00 | ml | KNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L |

| 200.00 | g | Cucumbers english, deseeded cut into 6 cm batons |
| 80.00 | g | Salad pack (lettuce) torn in half |
| 30.00 | g | Coriander, fresh (Cilantro) cleaned |
| 30.00 | ml | Knorr Caesar Salad Dressing 1L |
Preparation
1.Place Squid tentacles and tubes into a bowl with the Knorr sweet chili sauce, lime juice and Robertson’s Exotic Thai seasoning. Marinade for 4 hours covered in refrigerator.
2. Heat char grill pan till hot. Remove squid from marinade reserving the marinade.
3.Bring marinade to boil in small pot and simmer for 2 minutes add cucumber and toss through.
4. Cook squid on griddle pan for 2 – 3 minutes till only cooked. Add to Marinade and cucumber and stir in Knorr Caesar salad dressing
5. Arrange lettuce and coriander around edges of the plate.
6. Pile squid in centre of the plate and spoon over tossed cucumber dressing.
7. Squid can be server warm or cold on top of salad. When serving cold keep the cucumber aside in some of the cooked marinade before adding back Squid and Caesar dressing.
