Chicken teriyali with smoked chili cucumber salad

Preparation
1. in abowl mix teriyaki marinade powder and water well with a whisk.
2. place chicken in marinade and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
3. In a bowl combine cucumber, red pepper, knorr roast onionand garlic seasoning and sliced spring onions . pour over hellmanns light mixed with smoky chili and mix well. leave to stand in the refrigerator.
4.Remove chicken from marinade and heat char grill pan.
5. Place marinade in apot and bring to the boil. simmer for 2 minutes and switch off.
6. char grill chicken breast in a searing hot griddle pan on both sides till cooked. rest for 5- 10 minutes.
serve cold, thinly sliced on top of mixed baby greens with smoky chili cucumber salad and teriyaki sauce.
