Preparation

1. Melt Marvello in pot and add leeks and stir over meduim heat for about 5 miutes. Add 2lt of water.
2. Make a slurry with the thick vegetable soup and 300ml of water and add to the pot stirring.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Add the vegetable and simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender.
5. Add the Meadowland Classique and adjust the seasoning.
