  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Melt marvello in a laarge pot over medium heat, add the finely chopped onions and cook till tender.
2. Halve the chicken breast fillets lengthways and slice into thin strips.
3.Increase the heat, add chicken to the pot and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add the Knorr stock, garlic flakes, tomato pronto, sugar and basil and bring to the boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
6. Adjust seasoning, garnish with fresh basil and serve.
