6.00gKNORR Beef Bouillon Granules 6 x 1kg
350.00mlWater
15.00mlKNORR Soya Sauce 6 x 2L 
2.50mlGarlic and ginger minced
50.00gOnions quarted
50.00gBeef, sirloin steak strips, finely sliced
250.00gSpinach shredded
1.00pcRed chillies finely sliced
100.00gNoodles, egg
15.00mlCoriander, fresh (Cilantro)
5.00mlOil, Sesame toasted

Preparation

1.Place the beef bouillon stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2.Add the soya sauce and the garlic and ginger and cook gently for a few minutes.
3.Next add the onions, spinach/cabbage, the beef strips and a little of the chilli. Cook gently for just a couple of minutes.
4.Remove all of the vegetables/beef from the broth and set aside.
5.Add the noodles to the stock and cook according to packet instructions.
6.Remove noodles from the stock and place them in a deep serving bowl. Top with the beef, cooked vegetables and the coriander, then cover with the boiling broth.
