Spicy Marvello Steak Topping

| 20.00 | g | Coriander, fresh (Cilantro) |
| 5.00 | g | Chilli peppers, fresh |
Preparation
1. Add ingredients to a bowl. Mix well with the wooden spoon until well blended.
2. Divide the mixture into 3 part. Place on a piece of greaseproof paper or clingwrap and roll into a sausage. Shape and freeze.
3. Cut into discs and place on Steaks, chicken or chops before serving.
