Citrus Chilli Hollandaise Sauce

| 100.00 | ml | Knorr Garde d’Or Hollandaise sauce |
| 1.00 | pc | Egg yolk |
Preparation
1. Reduce orange juice, brown sugar and chillies iver high heat, until it reaches a syrup consistency.
2. Ad 30ml of the citrus chilli reduction to 100ml Hollandaise Sauce, add 1 egg yolk to thicken the sauce.
Serving suggestion: Serve over a ginger paprika grilled chicken breast.
