Mrs Balls Apple and Raisin Chutney
Ingredients (4 portions)

| 250.00 | g | Onions , finely chopped |
| 300.00 | g | Castor sugar |
| 250.00 | ml | White Wine Vinegar |
| 250.00 | g | Raisins |
| 250.00 | g | MRS BALLS Chutney Original 4 x 3kg |
Preparation
1. Combine ingredients in pot ,except chutney
2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cover with lid and slowly cook until apples are soft.
3. Add chutney and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes
4. Adjust seasoning.
Ideally served as an accompaniment to chicken liver parfait and melba toast or with duck.
