Mrs Balls Apple and Raisin Chutney

 
 
 

Ingredients (4 portions)

500.00gApples, diced
250.00gOnions , finely chopped
300.00gCastor sugar
250.00mlWhite Wine Vinegar
250.00gRaisins
250.00gMRS BALLS Chutney Original 4 x 3kg 

Preparation

1. Combine ingredients in pot ,except chutney
2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cover with lid and slowly cook until apples are soft.
3. Add chutney and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes
4. Adjust seasoning.


Ideally served as an accompaniment to chicken liver parfait and melba toast or with duck.
