Curry Masala Gravy
Ingredients (0.25 liters)

| 20.00 | g | Garlic finely chopped |
| 25.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 10.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS All in One Rajah 6 X 800g |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Turmeric 6 x 800 g |
| 250.00 | ml | KNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg |
| 125.00 | ml | Water |
Preparation
1. Heat Marvello, add garlic, Cardoamam, seeds and fry for 1 minute.
2. Add Rajah All In One, Robertson Turmeric and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add Knorr Tomato Pronto and water and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from haet and let cool slightly and blend till smooth.
5. Retain for use in curries.
