Preparation
1.Melt the butter. Add the onions, garlic, thyme and italain herb seasoning. Cook off for 5minutes
2.Mix the balsmic vunegar and tomato pronto together. Add this to the onions and stir in and bring to the boil. Add the water and sugar and leave to simmer for 30minutes.
3.Season for taste. Add the sliced basil
