Preparation
1. Mix together the Knorr Sweet and Sour Meal Mix, white wine vinegar, orange juice and water.
2. Pour marinade over the vegetables and allow to rest for 1 hour.
3. Bring to the boil with the addition of Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Paste, Lemon and Herb marinade powder and brown sugar.
Can be served hot or cold.
