Red Pepper Mash

Preparation
1.Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, rub the olive oil and red pepper seasoning over the red peppers and roast in a oven for 20 minutes.
2,Bring water and salt to boil, add the milk and the mash flakes, place a knob of butter on top and place lid on.
3.When peppers are cooked, remove and cover with cling wrap, when cooled down remove the skins and blend till fine puree.
4.Mix the pepper puree with the mash
