Preparation
1. Sift the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
2. Cream the sugar and MARVELLO until light and creamy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in the flour, coconut and milk.
5. Pour into 2 greased cake tins (20cm diameter) and bake at 180ºC for 30 - 35 minutes.
6. Turn out and cool.
For the Icing
1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Beat the cream until thick and stir in the chocolate.
3. Layer the cake with sliced strawberries and chocolate cream.
