10.00mlCream of tartar

250.00mlMilk, fresh
10.00mlVanilla extract / essence
5.00mlBaking soda, bicarbonate
  ICING:
500.00gSugar, icing (confectioner's)
125.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Spread 30 x 500g 
45.00mlWater
5.00mlVanilla extract / essence
60.00mlCocoa powder
  Coconut for coating

Preparation

1. Grease one 45 x 25cm cake tin.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C.
3. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
4. Melt the MARVELLO and add, mixing well.
5.Sift the flour, cream of tartar and salt.
6. Mix the milk and flour mixtures in batches into the egg mix until blended. Mix in the vanilla essence.
7. Dissolve the bicarbonate of soda in a little extra milk and add to the mixture.
8. Spoon into the prepared tin and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
9. Cool and cut into squares or fingers.
10. Coat squares or fingers with the icing and roll in the coconut.


The Icing
1. Mix together the icing sugar, MARVELLO, vanilla essence, boiling water, and cocoa.
